can happen when one focuses too much on the details. I have to wonder sometimes. Clearly HCDM is learning how to be a head coach. I hope he learns a lot from this season. The 5 wins (maybe 6) is difficult to stomach, but also somewhat understandable at least on the defensive side of the ball. The quality of the play as the season progressed and everything that entails is disconcerting. I have too many questions at this point to begin with any one of them.

6 wins was where I had us. Just not the 6 we could end up getting. The offense regressing this year was u acceptable. And, on top of that, the OL play has somehow gotten even worse.

Hard to win when you aren't controlling the LOS.

I predicted 7 wins, but ever since the Tulane game when the offense had 5 consecutive 3-and-outs I've said that 6 wins would make me happy. I do believe the team will be much improved next season.

If we win 2 conference games we'll be 100% better!

If they can somehow win next week then 4 wins next year would be a 100 percent improvement. Either way I look at it, it's not pretty.
