Yep. Don't know if JB specifically encouraged him to find something else, but for as great a guy he is, we needed to ramp up recruiting which was Louie's weakness. But I'm sure as soon as he got an itch at all, JB helped out. Louie knew he was never going to be a HC here. Whenever Hop gets that itch, JB heads to TGD's office and gets him more money or a new title.
