Yep. As someone else mentioned in another thread all of the ACC top echelon teams have a back-loaded schedule.

Good lord. Outside of Clemson that's a murders row. ACC has to do a better job of breaking schedules up a bit.

I actually prefer ours be backloaded this year. If it were front loaded our chances of winning the games would have been dramatically lower. Still don’t think we’ve reached 100% of potential, but we’re much closer than we were at the holidays and if we hadn’t had the somewhat weaker schedule who knows if we would have made the progress we’ve seen.

Yes, it’s not an accident that all the teams they thought would be in the top six have backloaded schedules. All of a sudden, almost every single ACC game is Must See TV. But I also agree with Pfister: if we had played the big boys early on and lost, I think we would’ve given up. And that Duke game was a gift from the gods, which we took full advantage of.
