I love it because we are going to get a nationally televised game against an SEC opponent. We have to be getting money to head down their without a return game in sight. This helps with money being put into the program. We can also tell recruits that we play the toughest non-conference schedule in the nation and we are now in the ACC.
I hate it because we are playing another duel threat QB who we have always had trouble containing and James Franklin is one of the best in the country. We must increase our defensive speed drastically to be able to stop them...oh and then what are we doing about Green-Beckham? The kid has 4.4 speed, 6'6 and is the best recruit in the country coming out of hs.
I love the fact that Marrone knows hes a Cuse lifer and will play anyone anywhere and give it their best shot. We must have confidence that he believes his team has turned the corner and he can finally do things that he has wanted to since he got here. Will be interesting to hear with Gross has to say in 7-10 days...im thinking massive increase to the facilities.
