You guys have a class team, program and fans. After seeing CMU give #2 Michigan State a game after they already gave Oklahoma State a game, I think the score says more about us than you. Your team beat a football team that's better than we thought.

I can't wait to play you guys in the real Death Valley at full strength. Good luck to all of you and beat the hell out of Alabama and win the SEC.

And as someone who hasn't been a Shafer fan, I'm all in. His staff did an incredible job preparing today. Let's hope we keep it up for two very winnable games against USF and Virginia.

I was impressed in nearly every facet today by the Cuse team and their fans. Hope y'all have something real to build off from this game and give a good go at the ACC.

Would've liked to have seen zero injuries for both sides, but it is what it is

I normally have poor experiences with the majority of fan bases, but I like LSU fans. There good by me. And yes LSU is the real Death Valley not that other school in SC

Living in SE Texas, I have gotten to know many people from Louisiana. They are some of the nicest people around. Immediately after today's game we walked across the street to our neighbors house for my daughter to go their daughters bday party. They're from Louisiana, half of people at the party wearing LSU gear. They were impressed with the Cuse and especially with a 5th stringer in at QB.

I've never been to Baton Rouge but have been to New Orleans many times for business and they are great friendly people. They enjoy life and don't really have any arrogance to them. Would love to go to Death Valley for the Cuse game, what a great party that will be...I believe LSU just got named #1 tailgate school also! I was proud of the Orange performance today.

That is how I'd describe my experience with LSU fans

Tremendous fan base. Fans in my section at the game were knowledgeable, excited but polite. Had a few post game drinks with a couple LSU fans who had traveled to Syracuse for the game- FROM NEW MEXICO.

Best assessment came from my wife, who is not a big football fan: after yesterday's experience, she is all in for a trip to the Bayou in 2017.

Will pulling for the Tigers the rest of the year. After the Cuse, of course...
