That's pretty accurate in my opinion. Maybe even a little closer. I know I wasn't the only Syracuse fan from a split family wearing both Orange and ND gear. I was cheering for only one team, however, and that was Syracuse. I probably should have left the ND shirt home. We were texting my daughter during the game who was watching on television back in South Bend with her boyfriend and she was rooting on the Orange. Looks like something I did back when she was an infant sitting on my knee watching Marvin Graves worked!

Better not be. That would cripple season ticket sales. It's one thing the schedule ND @ Metlife, it's something different to announce LSU @ the Dome then rip it to Metlife ala USC. Really testing the good will (again) of fans that do buy seasons and show up at this point. We aren;t in the Big East anymore, thus we don't need to do this.

Pretty good article. I don't think we should forfeit a home game to play at MetLife but im all for neutral site games there. Obviously we won't get the record breaking crowds not playing ND but if we can get a little better and play some high profile teams there, that atmosphere was crazy. I can't even imagine how hyped it would've been in MetLife had we kept it close.
