For these types of things, I tend to be one of the Anonymous ones.
Glad the SU Football Club tried. Jim Jerome is a good guy, as are the others in that fine organization.Jim Jerome and others tried very hard.

Has it been confirmed that his mental problems were related to playing football? I have a bad feeling it played a role in this...
I don't know how that could be ascertained, given what was described in the article about his father's decision to not have Cain's brain researched.
And not to discount that possibility, but one thing that shone through loud and clear from that article was the depths of his drug-related problems, and how his proclivities may have directly led to brain damage, schizophrenic behavior, etc. In the main, the way I interpreted that article was that the PCP issue was what caused the majority of his mental problems.
