You all have to realize that this isn't a power ranking in the traditional sense, either. This is his ranking of which teams have the best chance to win the national title. Assuming that he has UK as his runaway favorite, that would take the other three in the South region and move them lower in the rankings since he finds it unlikely that they would beat Kentucky to have a chance to win it all.

Clearly he feels that the Badgers are a better-than-even chance to win tonight, hence the slight ranking ahead of SU.

Cincy ranked 14 lost to OSU ranked #3

Florida ranked 12th beat Marquette who were 9th

Louisville at 10 beat MSU at 2

SU ranked 7 beat Wisconsin #6
