What kills me is this whole conspiracy thing. I mean some people still actually believe that somehow the committee, who has already said we are getting a 1 seed in the east without being able to actually say it will somehow based on a loss in the conference semi-finals to a team who will be in the tournament will screw us and give it to an ACC school because...well...they like the ACC better.

I can't even make this up. They must really listen to what DG says.

But the fact is almost every year there is a What when it comes to seeding. We are safe but that doesn't mean the committee always does the right thing. I'm not sure more than one person even wondered if we would lose the 1 seed, so I don't get the responses.

I agree but with the amount of separation that Syracuse and Kentucky had put between themselves and the rest it really was never a discussion because it wasnt going to happen.

There have been a few posts over the past few days. Even a few tonight.

Once SU beat Louisville and storz I've seen maybe one #1 seed question. Now it's paranoia regarding Boston. My gut tells me SU will get Boston but will be the #3 overall seed, with UK in St. Louis, UNC in Atlanta, and Missouri/Mich. St./Ohio St./ in Phoenix. Being on the opposite of the bracket as Kentucky is key, so it doesn't matter if SU is #2 or #3 overall.
