So the upshot of the change seems that college will still be a minor league stopover.
Kids who can't get drafted out of high school may use college to get more seasoning.
Perhaps still making them "one and dones" or "two and throughs."
The big difference will be that THE best players likely won't be in college at all.

just slot the draft at a lot lower value for 2-3 yrs, then slot them for 2-3 more at a higher value for 2-3 if the teams want to keep them then, let the, go the FA route after 4-5 yrs, players who prove them selves get paid
