I said it before, I'll repeat it here:

SHOULD win - URI, Wake, Central Michigan, USF
Should LOSE - LSU, Clemson, Florida State
Will PROBABLY lose - Louisville
Toss up, leaning toward WIN - Virginia
Could go EITHER way - NC State, Pitt, BC

Not counting those last three toss ups, that's 5-4, and we'll probably win 1 or 2 of those toss ups. I honestly think 6-6 is a very realistic season, with a potential 7-5 campaign coming our way.

This year, yes it would be an improvement and hopefully a stepping stone.

i always have optimism but I was at the BC game to finish off last season and it was as blah a performance I can remember. The team, in the public's eye, is that of a bottom dweller. Not sure how anyone can see it differently. Mandel is absolutely right to place us there.

The thing that cracks me up is this idea that Wake will be younger on offense then they were last year but will be better somehow. Yet we get younger on D and it's the end of the world. Clawson is a douche and has sold some media members "magic beans"... Can't wait to drop kick them week 2.
