This dude is a pretty crazy story. Didn't come with much expectation that he'd play but he played a lot and now is going to be a starter for another year.

I was in the football weight room before the 2023 season with a friend who was an assistant S&C coach at the time. While we were chatting, Petry walked in and my friend pointed and said "Watch out for that guy. He finally gets it." Mark made a big jump in each of the last two years and, if he continues on an upward trajectory, should be a big piece as we rebuild the O Line for 2025.

Yeah, cautiously optimistic that between Perry, Wohlabaugh, Spoon, and the Cruz brothers we've got enough guys that have played a lot to have something cohesive.
