But the world is also about facts/results/outcomes, etc, as well as being accountable for decisions.  Here's where I'm just plain jealous that a guy with this record gets to pocket $4m and move on to a higher-paying job.  Frankly, good for him…

As a fan, I literally disagreed with almost 90% of Marrone's in-game decisions…punts, plays, 3rd and whatever.  I get that he's an Offensive minded player, but what on earth was visible these seasons to demonstrate that?  Runs straight ahead with the wrong personnel (Spiller) or outside (Jackson)…3rd and 8 passes that go 4 yards to Chandler.  To the non-Bills fan this sounds anecdotal, but it's literally not…these things happened all the time.

The Williams WR acquisition was a disaster.  The QB draft was bad so far.  The WR draft was OK I suppose but gave up a LOT (I guess this is all on the GM?).

The D is based on talent, coaching a bit I guess.

In game decisions were questionable.  Lost a game that would have gotten them into the playoffs on the road against the 2-12 Raiders.  Won some games that were quality wins, let some bad ones slip away (Chargers, KC) that show the Coach isn't ready to deliver the playoffs in a league that requires it…

What am I missing?  I guess in this world that's worth $8m this year total comp
