In four years he took worst offense in D-1,  because 2008 was just a repeat of the three prior years,  did a total rebuild, and four years later had a top 20 offense.     That's a hell of a turnaround, and without a top 50 class.

They took a two star Wing-T PA Prep School QB, "the worst QB to ever start at Syracuse" according to many of the geniuses here,  and developed him into a 4th round draft pick.
