Both Doug and the Bills made a good move as the new administration was most likely going in a different direction after next year unless he did very well. Plus how do you not take the 4m?  As to my feelings for him i never liked him after the way he treated my father in a meeting. He came across as a total ahole. Still he did wonders in turning around our program and for that we should all give him a pass.
