I would take Womack over the two subs that wildly for Dungey.Womackrunning the option mightiest give LSU a hard time but we'll never knowWhat was it that Lester said that "they are too good to both be playing QB?"

Cali, we have no idea why they moved Womack. To my knowledge, he hasn't played at all yet. Maybe he's a shirt.

He has definitely played on special teams.

Otherwise, I agree, though. Let's not pretend he's suddenly the greatest hope of all. He could very well go out there at QB and be worse than Wilson and Mahoney, which seems likely since he was moved so quickly.

Agree. And from some of the things I have heard from up on the hill he is just not ready yet I'm any aspect. Not saying he won't be a player for SU in the future but right now his body isn't ready and he's not strong enough to make contributions .

I know the kid ended up getting a cault like following when he committed but you have to remember he was offered so late and none of us heard about him. There was probably a reason for that.

Give up the Womack thing already, if you think we are one dimensional with our current qb's why would it be better when the kid has the worst arm of the three

I t might be possible that Lester could design a "package of plays for Womack including perhaps one pass opportunity way down field and catch LSU off guard. Why not? Its not like taking a chance would lose the game for us?!

Cali, I don't think Lester included a blatant, dirty, pathetic cheap shot on our QB in his decision to work out the QB depth chart.

If that dumb play didn't happen, none of this is analyzed again. We'd simply still be talking about the great things Eric has done.

Play the cards we're dealt, and adapt as necessary. As Jek said, there's a reason he was moved. I have a feeling he'll be a great contributor somewhere.

Lester after Hunt went down should have done everyhing he could to cover all contingencies with Dungey. He is another SU coach who is clearly not a Mensa candidate. Slowfoot Mahoney is not the answer. I am not into human sacrifices. With Mahoney/Wison a whole game without a first down is a possibility. McF***it and Lester share one quality...egotistical hubris.

And your plan is what exactly?

The 5th String QB is NOT the answer???

Ohhhhhhh.

I hate it when the OC doesn't have a plan for you when the top three quarterbacks are down and the other option has nothing. Damn.
