Did it draw any iron? I'm trying to remember last time I saw that. Onuaku? McNeil? Chuck Hayes?

I don't recall the last kid I've been so disappointed in, who wasn't a Syracuse player. I remember seeing him in HS and the McDs game and being blown away. I was convinced he would be the best player in that class.

And then he came down with a severe case of vaginosis.

Painful to watch him
He started out as a ball of fire and then JAB subbed in BMK. After that the game shifted into our favor. I don't think JMM had points in the paint until later in the 2nd half after that. Our interior defense was incredible and UNC was not a very good shooting team. Would love to see the shot breakdown.

Didn't Chris Wright air ball 2 in a row late in that game that they started out 17-0 on us and we blew them out.

if it didn't, the refs should have called a violation.

They didn't but we ha the rebound. I don't think it touched

He could put someone's eye out with that thing.

"Uncle" Bob must be disappointed, because he was a very good shooter.

I remember back in the day that the NBA had a one-on-one tournament, and they would show the games at halftime. McAdoo won the tournament. He was too quick for the big guys, and he would shoot right over the smaller guys. He was a good enough defender, and no one could stop him when he had the ball. I'm sure the Brothers Grant would give him a run, but I would take McAdoo in his prime. But I think LeBron would beat them all. On top of all his skills, something he doesn't get enough credit for is that he is an absolute beast of a physical specimen.

McAdoo was an NBA MVP. Enough said.

To be honest it's not remotely close. Harvey and Horace were fine players but not in McAdoo's league.

Grant is better.

Uh... when doesn't he get credit for that?

Love Harvey, but anyone who picks Harvey is too young to remember McAdoo.

i'd say bob mcadoo is the lead but you need guys like harvey and horace laying down the back beat to win.

J Grant come out looking to prove he's the better player... and he did.

Let's not pretend that Macadoo wouldn't be a much better player than what he is now if he was in JBs system on offense and in the zone though. The kid just picked the wrong school tbh.
