By the end of the season, FSU may not have any wins over any Top 25 teams.

Can't believe how northwestern schedules tough opponents and play them on road OOC. Don't they want to make a bowl game?

#overscheduling #not

Northwestern is 4-6 including wins over N. Illinois and W. Illinois and a loss to Cal. But they did beat Wiscy, and Wiscy is good. If Wiscy and Ohio State play in the B1G championship game that's a good one.

Edit- I stand corrected. Northwestern lost to Cal and to N. Illinois OOC.

And to add a little more color to those that didn't see it -- ND got a gift interference call with 1:42 left in regulation, to get a 1st down on the NW 33 yard line. NW only had 1 timeout left, so for all intents and purposes, the game was over (ND up 3). But then on 2nd down, they fumbled!

They just beat ND in south bend about 45 minutes ago. You must have been raking leaves in the dark. My jab was at those that said our OOC schedule was tough. A 4-6 team beat ND on their turf, but we over schedule because we play them in NYC.

Keep up or don't post.

#NotreDame HC Brian Kelly said he gave no thought to taking a knee at end of regulation while up 3.

What on earth makes you think I was unaware of Northwestern beating ND?

Maybe because you recapped their season without mentioning that big win they had.

The win against ND was implied. I just mentioned the remainder of Northwestern's OOC schedule. They went 3-1 with a loss to Cal. They went 1-1 OOC against P5 schools. Playing more than one P5 school OOC makes going bowling more challenging. Northwestern has to win out now to go bowling. They should win out, but it's 2 must win games nevertheless.

Edit- I stand corrected. Northwestern went 2-2 OOC. They lost to Cal and then to N. Illinois to start the season, and both were at home. They had a very poor start to the season. Still, playing two P5 schools OOC makes for more of a challenge. I'm not saying SU shouldn't schedule two P5 schools OOC, but I wouldn't mind if they only scheduled one.

Greg Robinson beat Notre Dame on their own turf. Big effin' deal.

He could have stopped at gave no thought.

Decisions like this just make you wonder.
Steve Logan, a former ECU head coach and former NFL assistant is now a commentator for a local Raleigh TV station (Logan Zone). He recently said that come November every coach's brain is fried. He said just watch the nutty decisions at the college and pro level and you will be amazed. Guess he was right.

and then proceeded to throw players under the bus (again).
