Of course they do. If not more. But it's what could be seen as endorsement of it that I find concerning regarding the image of the institution.

They sell alcohol for *** sake. They provide it at functions. Alcohol is far more destructive to the person and society. In my years doing criminal defense, I never once had a client who beat his kids or wife while stoned.
I rarely credit SU for anything, but at least they are not hypocritical when it comes to this issue.

Melo (one of the most successful and high profile alum, who bleeds Orange) speaking at commencement, let me tell you why that is a bad idea… good lord man. Not even going to respond on the merits because I can’t believe this is serious.

This is the same group of fans that were upset we kicked out an ex felon booster who has his own tequila brand. It’s hard to keep straight what is ethically accepted around here.
