Men’s Basketball Rules Committee plans to clarify definition of flopping

I hate the hand check and hindering of movement much more than the block/charge.
Make it simple. Rule should be no hand checking at all. That's the way it used to be. Easy to call. Today, there is too much interpretation. Guys are poking and this actually pushes the offensive guy off balance. It's a foul but hard to tell given contact is so brief.

Flopping wouldn't be a problem if refs called charges/blocks correctly and consistently. They should start by calling both a helluva lot less.

1- they bring this into effect to prevent flopping. Not necessarily to give technicals but to prevent players from thinking about flopping.

2- no one going to mention ANOTHER MEDIA TIMEOUT ADDED!!! We need less commercials not more!!!!!

JB literally never needs to sub now... They are already college kids who don't get tired, now they're going to have five media timeouts a half!?
