I don't really care about the Leach video compared to Babers press conferences.
But the idea were just going to right the ship is baffling to me. HCDB is not some young guy learning on the job. It's obvious he's set in his ways especially what he wants on offense. Some years the offense is electric but for this team, most years it's on par with watching Shafer teams. He's shown very little ability to make adjustments in playcalling, coaching (up players), roster adjustments, etc. The idea he's going to turn things around in the next year or two makes no sense. If we win 4 games next year everyone is going to say, "see, we're on the right track. We were a couple tough breaks away from being National contenders but the refs screwed us on a bunch of holding calls"
