Does anyone know what Katz background is. A friend of mine asked me this the other day. He said something like, "Katz didn't play or coach and he seems to know nothing about basketball. What is his background." I'm honestly not sure.

Man, and I was getting pumped to see The Baron interview Katz. That would have been hilarious.

My dad is an accountant and he had a side business doing taxes out of an office in our house. When I was a kid, he used to do Mike Price's taxes. One year when I was about 3 and my brother was about 8, he came to our house dressed as the Baron and gave us an autograph. It was so cool. That thing hung on our closet door till we were teenagers and my brother finally got his own room and took it with him.
