A friend ran into him down in Florida this past weekend.

My friend was wearing an SU cap.

MW was signing autographs and my friend was the only one there.

My friend: Mike how did you enjoy your time at Syracuse?

Mike Williams: Shrug

MW added can't wait to play Buffalo.

I am sure most pro athletes prefer playing sport for pay than a scholie and classes that most don't want to go to. In addition, we were a horrible football team when he was here and he was suspended 2-3 times. I doubt he really enjoyed much of anything

I would assume if your friend was the only one who showed up for autographs...MW wasnt in the best mood to begin with.

I watched Mike Will and Donte throw down some vicious dunks in Archbold. Dude can get up.

Pretty safe to say he won't be making any donations to the IPF?

He's playing football for money. He should be thankful he had a college that helped him get there.

I guess he's really anxious to see his good buddy, Doug Marrone, and give him a hug.

Incredible athlete. Amazing the catches he was making. Nice to see the catches over the middle as well. Paulus threw a nice ball, would have loved to see him with a couple of years of S&C training for football as well. Also an incredible athlete. Will never know how good he would have been

Once a douche, always a douche... he shrugged?!?! I mean, come on man... it's a random guy in Florida wearing syracuse gear asking the question... Even as a person who absolutely hated it in a certain place, a normal person would respond it was great. ' Mike Williams...

This is the same guy who quit on his football team midway through his junior season with a chance of playing himself into the first round of the draft the following April.

He is who we thought he was.

2 star nobody who ended up in the nfl has issues with the guy who made it possible and asked him to man up= douche-nozzle

imo, its alright mw quit on syracuse. its not like it was his dream job or anything...

I know he looks forward to playing Marrone, but he is from Buffalo and probably grew up around Bills fans.
Considering the guy we are talking about, I would place a 1-1 odds bet that Mike Will doesn't even know Marrone is the coach of Buffalo. Don't give the guy more credit than he's worth.

LOL. They guy was suspended from the team a couple of times...missed an entire season due to one of them. He was on the verge of being suspended again when he quit... and someone asks him how his time there was?

He could have been such a great collegiate QB. Definitely needed to improve his arm strength a bit, but who wouldn't after being out of the sport and S and C for 4 years. He was so smart and accurate, with underrated mobility. What he accomplished over the course of his collegiate career is pretty special. Great kid to boot.
