As soon as play resumes after a team commits it's 6th foul, the scoreboard shows the other team is in the bonus. Which makes sense, since the next foul puts them on the line.
ESPN never showed that you were in the bonus until after the 7th foul, just like they do inside the arena.
It's a minor, nitpicky point. But I like better information, and CBS gives that to you.
