ND about 2 plays away from 0-2.. OSu very lucky to not be 0-2. Miami should be 0-2. FSU is 0-2. Iowa St should be 0-2. Wash is 0-2

Notre Dame should have lost to Toledo yesterday. But they got lucky near the end of the game.

I get the point, but I hate these threads. “Hey guys, other teams lost too, it’s not so bad!!” All of those programs have had immense success over the past several years. We haven’t, to put it mildly. Some programs stumble once in a while. SU prat falls through every season. We’re a joke, deservedly so.

To Syracuse having never swept out of conference games ever.

when I started rooting for Syracuse in the early 90s we were on par w Ohio St now we are underdogs to Ohio U.

some Of us are just exhausted by the programs lack of anything. To compare their loss to Ohio St or FSU rings hollow to me.

Fine, my point is there are a lot of threads I find annoying that have many replies, for me finding ways to cope with disappointment is something I do, guess I should just join you in the “We’re complete crap so nobody say anything else”

The whole point of the post though was misery loves company. We have company.

The thing for me though is anything can happen on any given saturday as cliché as that is right, but just go play the game, and who knows. You can’t predict the stupid sht that happened to us yesterday (well maybe you can for our team) but you can’t when it happens. I saw so many god-awful football plays around the country yesterday, easy drops, shotgun snaps over QBs heads, an unforced fumble going into the endzone, etc, just crazy stuff.

Some of the losses above, some of the near losses to inferior teams. Nit state looked like garbage Saturday in their loss to. And then UVA beat Illinois by 40. College football can be a crap shoot.
