I think you forgot a goaltend call on BMK that was not a goaltend as well, but whatever...

No I am only counting the ones they said we "stole" and showed over and over again. But yes on first look, I wanted to add another 2 for that goal tend but since I didn't see it multiple times, I didn't want to count it. We got our fans thinking the refs gave us this game. For god sakes I can't even comprehend that.

This is largely because the broadcasting crew did everything in their power to further that impression. Give them skirts and pom-pons for chrissakes! People on here are always complaining about anti-Cuse media bias, often wrongly. That's what it actually looks like folks!

Except that football play was actually called wrong in favor of us. That only happened once in this game - the first half goaltend. It resulted in a -1 point for UNCA.

What about the rak technical in the first half? The guy was tugging on his arm.

And the two plays where waiters was hurt.
the first one they gave them 3 foul shots not so sure that it was a foul since they didn't replay it.
the second one did Dion get bodied catching the pass while UNCA pressed?


reguardless we had a awfull first half. The game was shortened to 20 minutes because of it with a 4 point handicap to them because we couldn't hit the backside of a barn. We outscored them by 11 in the second. We clearly outplayed them in the second people need to stop crying.

How about the most obvious blown call of the game - the first-half lob pass from Southerland when Christmas had the Asheville player lock up his legs and pull him down. The refs stunk, as always. It hurt both teams.

That was am easy play. Kids foot was in the backcourt when he jumped. 3 of our last 4 post season games have had blown O&B calls against SU.

I believe it was a legal play, they showed the replay a couple of times and it looked like his feet last touched the front court, excellent hustle. I'd have liked to see that more from our guys. The announcers made a point to mention Scoop and Dion not having their hands up against a 3 point attempt. The good news is I think next game will be different.

Would have thought so Mark, but the Orange turnout wasn't great and the WVU / Pitt fans in the building were vehemently anti-Cuse and it started long before the controversial calls. In my eyes it was much more than the "pull for the underdog" sentiment as well. Boo'ed Boeheim enphatically during introductions. Right, wrong or indifferent, I think the negative publicity surrounding the program this season has put us firmly in the "villain" camp. Hopefully, the Orange faithful will turn out in greater numbers tomorrow.
