so ya if you read the email and then read the faq and then contacted them in person and then got the right person on the phone you might get the ability to get real tickets..

They didnt gain any fans, they lost a few..

and in a few years only old timers will even remember tickets were a thing.

its like ezpass on the thruway, already in the last 4-5 yrs had multiple times where it didnt scan correctly and got billed for a full ride then had to call for 1-2 hrs to get to the right billing to tell a story multiple times to get the bill reset to the trip i actually took.  never happened when i paid the dude in the booth..

at least if you want to go mobile fix the apps you want people to use.
