Syracuse University officials have pushed back the start time of the Orange men’s basketball game against Monmouth on Monday, so fans can come early and watch the SU men’s soccer team play for the national title on the JMA Wireless Dome’s video boards.

The Syracuse-Monmouth basketball game will now start at 8 p.m. on Monday. It was originally scheduled to tipoff at 7 p.m.

The time change allows fans to watch the Syracuse soccer team go up against Indiana in the NCAA championship game, which starts at 6 p.m. The game will be shown on the Dome’s massive scoreboard.

Syracuse is offering a special $10 ticket that will allow fans to sit in either Section 115 or 304 to watch both the soccer and basketball games.

Fans already holding tickets to the basketball game will be able to enter and sit in their ticketed seats.

They can move the filler to 7 PM and show the game at 8 PM

It turns out, the game was in fact not over.

however, the epic conclusion did get to happen during a break in the BB game. So it at least ended well!

The game went to 2 OT then penalty kick round to decide the winner.
