Speaking strictly about SU attendance... Beamerball is fine if we're winning 9 games a year and seriously competing for conference (or division) titles. If it means grinding and clawing to 6 wins annually, then attendance is going to remain what it is.

It's not even funny anymore that so many people have a hard time grasping this. Before I could laugh it off. Now it just makes me depressed.

I'll demolish the premise of this thread... So ban me if necessary... But just saw this tweet from Darren Rovell that SU is going to hire IMG to "outsource" our ticketing and try to boost attendance. Is this news? Anyone know what's up?

They can spend dollars on a third-party company.

Or they can just read syracusefan.com for free and do what Bayside said and "Redo the price structure in the dome to make it more normal."
