I know that many on the board have talked about the possibility of two back sets to add some misdirection to our running game. As the season goes on and teams realize that we are a more one-dimensional team, I think having some two-back sets will help out our OLine by keeping the Front 7/8 on their heels.
I saw that we had Cleveland lead blocking on a few occasions last game, but I was wondering what other combinations that people would like to see on the field together.
For me, aside from the obvious PTG/Jerome Smith pair, I would like to see Broyld in there with Smith. That throws in a few more possibilities, plus that allows Broyld to slip out of the backfield where he can abuse linebackers in coverage.
What else have you got?
