Mostly OT: reviewing plays and interruptions

This is why I HATE the last two minutes of college basketball games. I know it worked in our favor, but why are calls and time so important ONLY in the last two minutes of a game and not any time else throughout the game. Gotta do something to fix this asap.

I think it's more important to address college football first. The NFL model works well and there's no reason that they can't copy it. Secondly, football games are 1-2 hours longer so there is greater need to cut out the wasted time and interruptions. And the extended commercials are HORRIBLE.
