i dont believe this is true. the lower level seats all include hospitality. i believe thats why the cost is so ridiculously high for them.

You may be right for MSG. I know that when I talked to the broker about the suite at MetLife, he told me that the price did not include server, food and drink. I also used to work with the Dome VIP boxes and they had to settle up the bill at the end of every game for food and beverage. Servers were usually tipped by the box owner, at least the non-penny-pinching owners.
