He actually describes a cut somewhat well.

Aiming point is no longer taught at the knee though... You want to aim for the top of the thigh board on the opposite leg. Gravity brings you down from launch point, but, you still end above the knee.

Nobody teaches to inflict injury anymore, at least no coach worth their sand.

I think some people confuse cut blocking (legal) with chop blocking (illegal).

Re: your last sentence: Unfortunately, I think a case could be made against Paul Johnson. Years and years of evidence.
