That is one of several key questions. Its hard to believe he did not give them the tape but its also hard to believe he did. If he did, the tape would have to be included in the report and have to have resulted in an interview of Laurie Fine. And it would seem that would have to have resulted in a finding of inappropriate conduct/disciplinary action, unless the report concluded that Bernie was carrying on a consensual, homosexual affair with a young adult with the knowledge of his wife and it did not warrant termination. Its hard to believe that happened but perhaps.
Other questions are (1) is it normal for a child molester to continue to carry on a homosexual affair with a child victim after the victim becomes an adult? I have no clue, but would guess experts would say emphatically no -- that child molesters like children and move on to other children when the victims become adults. In other words, has Bernie been exposed as a total friek or a pedophile.
And (2), as trivial as it seems on the surface, if the facts are rock solid that JB never went to Fine's hotel room, much less when there and saw Davis in there, that helps tremendously in justifying the pack of lies comment. It does not matter if the accusations are ultimately true or not, if someone specifically brings you into the allegations and you know that that is a lie, you are going to call it a lie and quickly conclude its all a lie.
