Tristan was a legend. He and I argued politics viciously. But he knew my first bosses at Wall St. law firms, and counseled me about my career privately. I understand that Fishy once went golfing with him, but I never met him in person. I did speak with him on the phone one time. Quite a character.

Somebody that drove me so crazy that I would stop working to do 4 hours of research to refute a point he made in an argument online. He was really smart, and intentionally condescending in an infurating way. Such a part of the early history of the board.
