Other guys on here can direct you to the write e-mail addresses but the first thing he'll probably need is some tape of his games so he can be evaluated. Then contact the appropriate coaches to find out where you can send in the tape for them to evaluate.

Where abouts is he from? Does he already have a scouting profile in any of the major databases? Has he been to any camps? Seems our coaches are very fond of seeing kids in person at camps. As stated above, I'm sure someone here will give you the correct email address to contact and send or mail them film. Believe it's been quoted that our coaches watch every piece of recruiting tape that comes across their desks.
