My Questions for tonight's Dino Babers Show (before Albany)

Babers plans to use this weekend's game against Albany to choose a starting quarterback between Tommy DeVito and Garrett Shrader.

“I don’t enjoy doing this at all,” Babers said. “I don’t like splitting reps with the starting quarterback and I don’t like playing people on a schedule. I want to play the guy that is really the best to me.

“I’ve been in a situation where I cannot define clearly who’s the best, but it’s also time to make a decision, so we’ll play this game and we’ll make some decisions and we’ll move on with the season.”

"This offense" DID use the TE's... back before Sterlin Gilbert got to town.

None of our WR's can beat their man, but meanwhile we've potentially got TWO TE's who can be mismatch nightmares for DC's -
Benson w/ his speed, Mang w/ his size -

And we literally refuse to use either in the passing attack.

Because it doesn’t seem like we’re actually game planning around any strengths we do have and minimizing the things we don’t do well. We’re almost doing the complete opposite which is insane to watch.

Which I think it’ll be hard for either QB to play poorly against Albany but I’m sure I can be proven wrong. So then the decision is based on who has more experience and is a team captain we need to lead us to some ACC wins.

Dropped passes, wrong routes, OL breakdowns probably won’t be met with an encouraging QB saying ok let’s get them next time.
