If you were an intense workaholic when you were young you slow down, when older but it is hard to stop. I worked for a law firm that was very successful and the man who built it from the ground up out worked all of us until about age 70. Around that age hesitated slowing down and by the end we could not let him go to court. He had lost much of what made him great at his job but he would not retire.
