Get rid of the 44 degree stripes on the sleeves and numbers. On the sleeves, put OrangeCrush22's avatar. That would clearly be a nod to branding Syracuse as NY's team. If you want the numbers to evoke images of skyscrapers, make them chrome-finished / reflective.
