Did anyone notice that on 10/29 rivals added him to the commitment list? I thought someone mentioned he’d left Milford; and it wasn't good. I haven’t been able to find anything and he's still on their roster.

What’s the story ?

No longer there. Don't think he'll be here next year because of qualification issues. Don't know the fully story.

He must have told Ryan Murray something then, i find it odd that rivals listed him a commit 4 days ago.

Just a guess.

He was only going to be at Milford for a semester and was planning on enrolling at SU in January 2013.

Maybe he's now on pace for an August 2013 arrival?

TOS said he was kicked off the team rather than stopped playing. I let my pay side subscription lapse so i can't go back and look.

How many years can he show up in each of our recruiting classes? I saw he showed up on many recruiting sites as a "post". He was in our 2012 class.

So this is his redhirt year. He has 4 more years of eligibilty to show up on the recruiting list, unless the NCAA grants him a waiver for a 6th year. Knowing our history in these matters though, that would be unlikely, even though it will be stated that it looks favorable.

He is not playing college football so his elibility would not be affected (If he enrolls in a JUCO then his eligibility clock starts).

For what it's worth you can only get a 6th year if you were redshirted due to injury and then had a second season ending injury in a later season in the first 30% of the season.

I was talking about how long we can refer to him as a recruit. Ever hear of Barry Baker or Idris Price?
