Naheem McLeod transferring to Florida A&M

Seems like a really good guy.

Sad things didn’t work out exactly as planned but glad he persevered and graduated.

Congrats to him!
I’m not saying he was any great shakes , but it was weird how for a good chunk of the season he couldn’t even get in a game. Was there some injury issue that we didn’t know about at the time ?

That's a great question.

Couldn't get off the bench, then finally got a steadier dose of PT and produced [not suggesting he was a world beater, but he was decent the last 1/4 of the season, when Red finally began playing him]. Very odd.

If he wasn't injured, it is more evidence of Red's poor judgement.

This is something I wish the staff addressed after the season. Explaining some of these decisions would help us morons understand his plan.
It’s a two edged sword… Explaining himself would make the fans less skeptical of his decision making, but also would give opponents insight into the thought processes of the program.

There’s a legitimate reason coaches keep secrets like national security is at risk, even over the dumbest things.

wonder if he can play TBT in a walking boot or wheelchair
(he'd still be taller than many, even in a wheelchair)

He played in 44% of the games his junior season. The threshold is 30%, which means he was ~5 games over the limit. Curious how a hardship waiver is approved for this. Then again it is the NCAA and things rarely make any sense when it comes to decision making.
