Okay, calm down.

I understand.

Temple led Rutgers at halftime - 10-0.

And the Knights whipped the Owls in the second half.

So, I will agree that my comment was a bit over the top.

But, I live here - saw the video and recall feeling that that Temple gave Rutgers a better game than the score indicated.

I also feel - and have said it a number of times on this board - that Rutgers really whipped the Orange in Piscattaway a few weeks ago. I do not think the score or the stats accurately reflect how we were handled physically that day.

I understand how much that bothers so many of you - I understand how seriously you take these kinds of observations.

So, try to understand.

The essence of the post was this - Temple is not a given win - the Owls are good enough to beat us - it will not be an easy game.

I hope that makes everybody feel better about my outrageous commentary on the Rutgers - Temple game.

Now that "You" have pointed out my wayward ways, I feel I must defer to "Your" pious and devout insight.

Perhaps You should enlighten me with "Your" innate intelligence.

Perhaps "You" should guide me to the path of truth and righteousness, and lead me into the Kingdom of "Name Calling" where the weak such as "You" are king.

Temple has NEVER beaten a MAC team with a winning record.

This perception that they're a significantly better team is based solely upon them beating up on bad MAC teams. They were in the East division and the MAC East is MUCH worse than the MAC West. Last year the MAC West went 15-4 against the MAC East.
