Congrats to all three. I assume those were schollies earmarked for Williams, Cooper and who else? I hope the 3rd one isn't from an unexpected departure. Well done by all three!

Knapp or Krautman maybe?

Joe Nassib was awarded a scholarship last spring at the very latest.

Filling the openings left by KJ Williams, Corey Cooper, and Ross Krautman. Correct, OX?

Didn't even realize Cleveland was a walk-on. Hasn't he been with the program for 3 years?

Could be.

Nassib and Cleveland had schollies last year. I guess they wouldn't have been renewed if we had a full house.

This is where the one-year renewable scholarships are nice. When there are some available they can be given to walk-ons without tying them up forever.

I would think that both could be accommodated.

Some of that would still apply. If a player leaves the scholie could still be given to a walkon for the rest of his career.

As good a guy as Scott Shafer is, I don't think he wants to tie up scholarships long term on walk-ons.

It wouldn't have to be any longer than now. These 3 scholarships were given to Seniors... equivalent to 1-year scholarships.
