NBA 2026 mock draft. Spoiler Alert:

Only one Cuse guy listed, and not in 1st round. Unspoiler: Lots of our competition is listed.

This is from Bleacher Report. So, just another mock. But, its a good read.

Position: PF | Size: 6'9", 205 lbs | Age: 20
Pro Comp: Jonathan Isaac

Injuries have kept Donnie Freeman from building any momentum on the floor or with scouts. But in three games since returning, he's averaged 22.3 points on 7-of-15 shooting from three. Shooting unlocks Freeman's NBA upside and fit, as it turns him into a difficult pick-and-roll/pop weapon and floor-spacer from the 4 spot. Otherwise, he's a versatile scoring threat with his long strides in transition, size around the hoop and ability to finish plays around the short corners, post and rim.

I think Freeman is better served playing in college next year - problem is - he is going to be paid a lot as he will be one of the best players available and I don't see how we can pay what others will be offering

what similarities does Donnie have to Jonathan Issac other than Height?

Ya, not a great mock. Peterson might turn out to be a star, but any mock draft taking him over boozer, I cant take serious.
I would too. Boozer looks like a classic college big who lacks elite athleticism.

Other programs offered more last Spring. But 1.5m was enough to keep him here.

I'm pretty sure he's going to the NBA. Although if the tracks come off with this team and he can't get into the first round then maybe not.

One thing -- if Hodgson didn't leave his assistant job at Alabama, Freeman would have been playing for Bama. So if Hodgson gets the job here, well, Freeman likes him a lot.
