I'll start with Dallas to combine this with the Kyrie trading.  Luka at his best is better than Dirk, but Dirk did win an mvp, a title, made 2 finals, and has a statue in front of the building.  If Luka spends like ten years or more with Dallas I would say he will definitely pass him, but I think we can now officially put Luka on the clock for a trade demand, so... Memphis: Ja certainly looks like he will be the guy here.  Probably another couple of seasons?  A finals run this year could be enough.
Charlotte:  Is definitely Kemba right now.  Ball has a good shot of passing him.
Phoenix: Right now you're looking at either Nash or Barkley.  Barkley wasn't there for too long, but he did win an MVP and take them to the finals.  Nash was the 2x MVP, though you could convince me he didn't really deserve either one.  I can see Booker taking this one.
Wash: I agree with you.

38% on catch and shoot 3's this year.  Prior year 41%, 43.4%, 45.9%, 45.4%.  The best guys are generally in the mid to high 40's, so I would say very good.
