Several years ago (I am guessing around 1990) I remember hearing there was an incident in an Italian League hockey game where one of the teams coaches tried to light an opponent's shirt on fire during a brawl.

If this ever happens in America, my money is on Danny Hurley being involved.

Had a 3 team parlay with Grand Canyon +14.5, Ohio +7, Maryland +3. Hoping it pays off and gets me back close to even. Why I bet on Georgetown today, and chose them in the bracket... I don't know. I am dumb. But I was happy to lose that bet.

Are the players isolated from the travel parties during the tournament?

It seems like the fans really don't give a crap in some cases about protocol. I was watching the OU/Missouri game and some girlfriend of a player is in a close group in the stands and masks are not being worn that well. As long as they are isolated I won't judge the fans at all or really care what they do. Just don't want them impacting the games.
