Ugh.
If all these the listed items are adopted it'll remove all but the SEC and a select few from ever having a chance at winning a championship.
Instant transfer eligibility is simply an invitation to entice the best/proven players to transfer. Imagine: Florida's Junior QB breaks a leg and may not return. The others in their pipeline won't be ready to compete the following year. Syracuse has a junior QB who looks great (e.g. McNabb). They pay Donovan a visit and tell him that they're just a QB away from winning the national championship... there may even be some other benefits along the way.

They should eliminate it in case of new coach or probation. Otherwise tough. Also, eliminate different conference rules from NCAA.I can't believe they would eliminate the transfer rule. Just doesn't make sense. Oh Lord
Unless you were the cause of the probation. Otherwise, I agree with everything you said. They should eliminate it in case of new coach or probation. Otherwise tough. Also, eliminate different conference rules from NCAA.
