to see if anything that happened violated any NCAA by-laws but not until after criminal investigation so they have all the facts. Said there are moral by laws. NCAA chair on ESPN.

The possibilities of where this could go from here appear to be endless. And all of them are bad for PSU and State College. That board has got to be thinking the worst. We now see that the university leaders were morally bankrupt throughout the last 14 years, at least. But that place could, quite seriously, go bust financially over the next few years.
