NCAA Sweet Sixteen Games for Thurs March 27

Calipari choke job. Up 13 with 4:13 to go. Thats wild. Bad plays by the players and tech made shots. Also a questionable jump ball call with a minute left as well. But that was an awful loss by them

The jump ball was called too quickly.

Regardless, that’s a brutal way to go out. Simply cannot choke that one away.

I have decided that I want Houston to win this. They do not have a factor that is offensive to me like the other 1/2 seeds. (Duke, SEC, BIG)

I know that some here don't like Kelvin Sampson for some transgressions. but the job he has done rising Houston in the last 7 years going as far back as their 2 last years in the AAC (even before NIL) has been oustanding. Over the regular season, they have been a top 5 program overall since 2019 - remarkable high level consistency - 3, 5, 2, 1, 1, 1 seeds. Hasn't fully translated to march yet.

they get to face the four seed at the four seeds home essentially. how convenient

I picked Arizona to update Duke as I wasn't confident in Flagg's ankle holding up. That hurt me badly in both my contests.

Couldn’t make it the entire night, but sounds like Duke got some assistance from the officials according to some peeps like Fran Fraschilla on twitter? Is that true?

I don't know Duke was in foul trouble all night - refs were way too involved impacting both teams. Hope the memo goes out before the Final Four - the fans do not pay to see the stripes.
