I will again be doing a report after each game this season and a summary report at the end of the non-conference season, the ACC season and the post season. Comments - In our last two games we have 10 offensive rebounds of 51 missies (19.6%). - It might have been a comfortable win if we’d made our free throws, (13 of 21). - We did see a sort of balance in the SU attack: 21 two point attempts, 21 three point attempts and 21 free throw attempts. - We got fouled a lot more times than Cornell and went to the line more times. Should we think that the refs had it in for Cornell, since we felt that they had it in for us at Ohio State. I think not because Cornell had no inside game at all while we have guys like Brissett and Battle that drive to the basket to score. - Cornell led in several areas where you would expect Syracuse to lead: They got 10 points form the Twlight Zone to our 4; They were more likely to score on fast break opportunities (18.8% to 22.2%); their bench out-scored ours 8-15. They also had just one less rebound.
